Quick Exercise Tips

Exercise is a pain in the butt if you ask me. Some people like to exercise but I just don’t find it all that fun to do. I would rather be doing something else like watching T.V.. Here is a plan that can help people like me that hate to exercise lose some weight while doing a little exercise.

1. If you are like me and like to watch your favorite list of T.V. shows every night you can sneak some exercise in by doing some of those hard to do push ups during comercials. If you have a handy pair of dumbells at the house keep these next to the couch and use them every other time. This may sound like it won’t do any good but it is better than nothing and it’s more than I usually do.  

 2. At work try and park farther away from the building and speed walk to your office. Pack a lunch for work instead of going out to eat. This will make it so that you don’t eat fatty fast food and allow you to do a quick exercise at work. I like to walk up and down the stairs a couple of times. I run when no one is watching.

3. Try and wake up 15 minutes early each day and do a quick work out. Again push ups, pulls ups, crunches or anything that you can think of to build a little extra muscle and burn some extra calories.

4. While sitting at work or a movie or just while you are watching T.V. try and do some tummy pulls. That is where you pull your belly button in towards your spine. You can also try flexing your muscles while you sit. I like to focus on my trouble spots, like my butt, and my chest.

5. To help enhance weight loss I like to use weight loss pills. I only use them for about a month and then I go off of them for a couple months. Weight loss pills seem to help give me just a little bit more of an edge to help me lose weight. I usually will lose about 5lbs during the month I use them. I try and switch what kind I use and I don’t use them continuously so that my body doesn’t get use to them.
